第二条 县级以上人民政府依法对本级人民政府所属部门、派出机关和下级人民政府以及法律法规授权的具有管理公共事务职能的组织的行政执法工作开展的行政系统内部监督，适用本条例。
第二十三条 行政执法监督机构根据工作需要，可以邀请人大代表、政协委员、行业代表、专家学者、新闻工作者等参加行政执法监督活动。
